February bee blocks

When my dining room table, which is my usual cutting space, is covered with this....

...my cutting space moves to the kitchen floor!

I wouldn't do a lot of cutting this way, but for my two bee blocks for February, which came together in about half an hour, it was manageable!  I'm thankful for young-ish healthy knees!  ;)

The tutorial used is the Butterfly Strands quilt block by Faith of Fresh Lemons Quilts.

Fun Heather. I think I'd be moving that puzzle.....

I agree with Carla- the puzzle has to go! My knees nor my back would handle cutting on the floor! Love the blocks!

Love the blocks! And my knees hurt just thinking about cutting on the floor!

Oh I have totally had to move my cutting space to the floor before too. I think that no matter how much space I have, I would occasionally have so much stuff everywhere that I would have to resort to this.

I have cut on the kitchen floor myself a few times, not the funnest place to cut.
